Christmas with you (I don't care if it snows)

I've called all the folks back home, and told them that I can't get away They think that I'm on my own - on a lonesome holiday Now you and I know that's not quite true, but I want to spend some time with you Cause there's nothing that I'd rather do, than be with you on Christmas day I don't care if it snows - I don't care if it's raining You won't hear me complaining, as long as I have Christmas with you And I know you've got family too, expecting you to show up as well And even though all your girlfriends knew, I only hope that they didn't tell We carefully planned a yuletide plot, and did our very best to not get caught I'm just so happy that we finally got a chance to have a secret "Noel" I don't care if it snows - I don't care if it freezes I only hope that nobody sees us - I want to spend my Christmas with you We'll visit our families when we're done, and wish a Merry Christmas to everyone But we won't let them spoil all of the fun that we get to have all alone I don't care if it snows, I don't care if it's sleeting I've told you, but it still bears repeating - I want to spend my Christmas with you Baby, just hold me close, let's enjoy the time that's remaining Soon we'll have to do some explaining - why we spent our Christmas together, it's true Wherever we go, or what ever we do, I want to spend my Christmas with you
